Flow, and keeping inner pressure as positive pressure after returning the
air beneath the vinyl curtain.
It would be suitable to the case that you operate equipments keeping an
area of the Clean Room with super-purification class, and there are two
modes; Laminar Flow Type and Turbulent Flow Type.
Laminar Flow Type makes laminar air flow over 0.3m/s of air velocity with
the clean air blown out of upper side, and is useful in keeping purification
class less than 100 class.
Turbulent Flow Type can keep the 1,000бн10,000 of the purification class
with the clean air blown out of upper side. |
