This is a Clean-Up equipment which can purify and get rid of dust or bacteria that may attach to your body and belongings when you enter into Clean Room with hi-speedy clean air.
Air Shower purifies them with clean air filtered through HEPA Filter not less than efficiecy of 0.3㎛ particles and 99.97% of DOP.
Ejected from Z-Nozzle in the side of Air Shower, the air is inhaled to underside, then recycled through Pre Filter and HEPA Filter.
It is controlled automatically by both manual and auto switch in control panel during the period its timer sets.

Door Inter Lock in gate may be added according to customer's demand.
